Day 1 - This is me

Hi!

Finally I've taken the step to create a blog.
I desperately want to lose weight and I've tried over and over.
I have lost some weight but it has found me again.
Since I had my baby girl my weight has been increasing instead of dropping and I'm tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what I see.

So, this is me.


I'm a 23 y.o. girl from.. well, Europe. Just don't feel like elaborating just yet.
I'm married, have a daughter and I'm looking to lose a few pounds/kg!

At the moment I weigh 128,5 kg/283 lbs but hopefully that will drop to 80 kg/176 lbs.
It wouldn't suck if I could lose a little more than that but for now this will be my goal!
So, that's about 48,5 kg/106 lbs I'm getting rid of.

My plan is to lose about 8,5 kg/18.7 lbs before june.
That gives me like a little over 30 days but I will be veery strict with myself, I will drink low cal shakes and eat only fruit, veggies and low cal dinners. I'm going to visit my family a week in May but hopefully I can maintain this anyway. I want healthy eating to become a lifestyle, not just a diet.
I don't want my daughter to remember me being this obese and I certainly don't want her to follow in my footsteps. That's why I need to be a good rolemodel for her and treat my own body as well as I want her to treat hers in the future. I don't want to die from obesity before I'm 30 years old, I want to live and watch my daughter live and spend lots and lots of happy years with my husband.

So that's my story!
Hopefully someone will follow this blog and help me motivate on bad days and give me credit and compliments on good days! ;)

Now, let's get started on losing that double chin!
