What's for lunch?


A lovely fruit salad consisting of grapes, strawberries, mango and kiwi!
It was so light and fresh, though sadly I'm now hungry again, only about 30 minutes after I've eaten.
Well, it's the first day! My stomach has to adjust to getting less food.
I'll eat a crispbread or something within the next half hour and then I'm going for a walk with my baby girl! She sleeps so well in the stroller and I could sure benefit from taking a walk ;)

And of course, I drink a lot of water! I have probably consumed about 1,5 liters now, it'll be no problem to drink 1,5 liters more during the day!

For dinner I'll have a low cal milkshake! If only every day could be as motivating as today!
